Correct the first few charges after the OBC is reset will take longer than normal as the OBC does not have any information about energy in/out and it is using a dV/dT algorithm to charge and create a baseline for the pack.
Once the OBC has enough information, it will count energy units being used from the battery pack so when you charge, it knows approximately how much energy needs to be replaced. Just be patient and let the OBC do its job (it could take up to 16 hours). |

that was it I just left it on and it finally shut off. never thought new batt. would take so long to charge... thank y'all for all the help
