Help, cart is slow

new info,just checked batteries again after removing cables( Getting new 4g's) first 5 in line were at 8.64 BUT the last one was at 7.64 !!!!! I did notice the connector on the red cable going to the charger port was pretty lousy,so, I flat files it smooth and waiting for store to open to buy new cables. I'll get back to you.

That is because you were not charging the last battery before (charging receptacle positive wire was not connected properly).

Hopefully you did not damage any cells in that battery, do few back to back charging cycles to see if it comes back to proper voltage/capacity.
