I agree, let's hope something is found that is not motor or controller related.
On the motor, the only thing I can think of is with the swapping and banging the brushes may have released from a stuck position and it works now somewhat. See post #38 also, there were some questionable readings obtained. |

Also might want to check the B- cable from battery to controller B- for any voltage drop during pedal down. There might be a partially open cable or wire somewhere playing tricks.

waiting on parts right now. I put the old motor back in and rechecked all my controller voltages etc again. went back through all the trouble shooting steps, checked all the pins according to the trouble shooting flow chart. did all the checks from b- to m- all again. I still end up at step 48 in the flow chart " check for obstructions or replace motor

Got my new motor in from D&D. Installed it yesterday and cart is back up and running. thanks for the help guys.
