Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
Well I tested for continuity with the controller powered up. Testing A2 to F1 then F2 I had no continuity.
Testing A1 to F1 then F2 I had a split second of a beep for continuity on both F1 and F2. Then no continuity with the probes held on the cables. I have not scratched and sniffed yet! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
Why controller on ? This test is done with all 4 motor wires disconnected.

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
They were disconnected but I then turned the controller on to test. I just tested them with it off and no continuity from F to A.

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
I bet you don't get to say that much
Is there anyway it could be the micro switch? It does click though when the pedal is pushed. I'm definitely getting balder!! |

Sometimes a critical piece of information is missing.
Alltrax should be open now |

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
Well I called Alltrax and Ron(Nice guy) walked me through a couple things and turns out I have a bad motor[emoji30]
I checked the B- to B+ and had good voltage. He then had me check voltage on M- (J9) to B- and I had 1.3 V. So no voltage really coming back from the motor. Any motor suggestions? By the way I did put 22 inch tires on it a while ago. Something needs to push-em. At least I stopped going bald! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
I suspected as much, for PDS use the Admiral B2 for hills or for mostly flat (more speed)
Admiral D2 or FSIP B3 http://www.cartsunlimited.net/motors.html |

Re: Alltrax xct 400 pds blink codes
Isn't the Admiral D2 for a 48v? Mine is 36 V.
