Default Robin EC25 3GP

Having some issues on a rebuild, new piston, new jug, new carb, new fuel pump, new lines.

The installation calls for the "holes" on the piston as I like to call them to point to the carb side which they are, everything is checking out great 130psi, but I'm not getting any fuel at all. I have taken out the reeds and inspected them and they appear to be good so I'm kind of at a loss. Looking for so direction at this point.

Also is it possible to use an electric fuel pump?

Thanks

Might have to put a slight amount of pressure in the tank to get it flowing

I running out of options, I have installed a new jug, piston, reeds, fuel pump and it's not pulling fuel at all. I'm going to bypass it with a electric unit, does anyone see issues of using electric?

My compression is awesome 140 range piston is the correct way windows to the carb side. Anyone in Arizona that specializes in these motors? I'm to that point now..

Have you check to make sure pickup tube in tank isn't broken or plugged?

I did and it appears to be working as it should, I'm just really confused at this point, I see some post about timing but not sure about that whole issue it's very frustrating these motors are fairly point forward.

Just the top end, I just checked the compression again today 140, I bypassed the fuel pump with an electric one just to make sure the carb had fuel and it did, the fuel never made it to the the engine doesn't seem to be pulling it.

Also if the rings are not in correctly will this cause an issue? I see several post about the bevel being up so I need to double check that and see if that is an issue other then that I really don't know what else to do.

Finding someone to work on this **** thing is not working out real well in Arizona.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, this engine uses an external fuel pump that is vacuum driven?
1st thing to trouble shoot is the vacuum hose to the crank case - replace it and prime the pump with air pressure in the tank. Still no fuel replace the pump and the remaining hoses. I hope this helps

Bad crank seals won't effect compression on a 2 cycle but will effect the fuel pump as it is mechanical and depends on engine vacuum to operate. Scotty B the pump is mounted on the engine and has it's own vacuum port in the crank case. I would look at the crank seals as the problem.
