Default Carb adjustment

So....... I've been tweaking on this thing for awhile. I've fixed some things but I'm pretty sure I need carb adjustment. I know my butterfly isn't closing all the way. Can you guys tell by the picture if anything needs adjusted.

The choke cable is easy. Just loosen the phillips screw and pull the cable back to cover the end metal part and tighten down.

The Throttle linkage, you can see that the end eyelets have been turned in. Loosen those, and screw then out so that the carburetor throttle is closed when at rest. Its simple
