I wouldn't put hubcaps on it in my experience the plastic ones don't snap in tight and just rattle on rough terrain. Squeaks and rattles drive me nuts.

I'm kinda on the fence about it. I think I like your cart the way it is, but if you wanted something more, I would save my pennies and just get some rims if I were you. I haven't seen many covers that I really cared for, but you can pick up some rims fairly reasonable. I wouldn't waste MY money on covers.
