G22 rear diff axle on a G29?
Anybody know if you can make a G22 rear axle assembly work on a G29? I bought this cart on a deal and it’s squealing a bit to find out the axle has been swopped out with a G22 instead of a G29. Shop says they may be able to adjust the clutch but it will have to wait in line so they can tinker with it. Think it will work?...

Fyi the 2015 and up G29 axle seems identical to the G22 unit, conventional drum brakes and all. Your squealing may just be a drive belt or worn clutch issue.

It’s a Dana rear end on it now, not sure on the year, but the cart is a 2015.
