Scotty you ask for pics of the tooling I made, sorry it took so long my day job gets in the way sometimes. The tooling was actually one I had made for taking apart the clutch on a Harley EVO. It just happen to be the exact size. I did have to make one other part to hold the clutch in the vise and keep it from turning. Here it is.....

Scotty, Part one is the top piece of the tooling and 2 & 3 are of the bottom piece which I clamp in a vise to hold the clutch from turning. I insert and long bar in the top piece and turn while tighten the 3/8 nut on the thread rod to compress the clutch when I get it to the desired 140 deg position.

It looks a lot like a Warn 4WD hub tool..
