I did a quick test that i've read about on this forum for the speed sensor. With the cart in fwd, run/tow switch to run, key switch on, i was able to push the cart easily. It acted the same with the key switch off, in neutral, etc. So I am thinking it's a bad speed sensor at this point.

I've been wanting to upgrade the motor anyway, so I may give Robby a call at Plum Quick.
