Andy - send me a PM with payment info please!

Only question I have is how long it might take to charge up a 48V pack that is down to 60%. Guess I'll find out.

lets say you have 180Ah (Amp Hour) batteries...
60% remaining means that 40% was consumed
40% of 180Ah = 72Ah
this charger will charge your 48V pack @ 10Amps
72Ah ÷ 10Amps = 7.2 Hours

Wished I could tell you. All I can tell you is it's charged both my 36 and 48 carts over night.

My inlaws called me and said they picked me one up and went ahead and grabbed one for themselves. One left as of noon today!

Default Re: FOUND SOME SAM'S CLUB CHARGERS!!!!!

I found some of the multi chargers at the Lady Lake, Fl. club today. I drove over an hour to get one, you never know when a nother project might come along. They still had aprox 9 or 10 at noon today. Could not find any more in Fl at this time. It looks like they are sending these to the stores that are close to some very large cart communities, in this case near the Villages.
(trial by fire) I hope this helps.

One here and one there in a chain as large as Costco or Sam's .. does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling as far as an easy exchange or warranty work is concerned....

Mine came in from Andy today -thanks!! As to warranty work, if it craps out, and they don't carry it or a direct replacement, they'll just issue a store credit. So either way you at least get your value out of it.

Guess I'll get my son to drive around the neighborhood tonight and run the batteries down and then test it out!

Got a little nervous when I first tried it out at 48V. First went to 12v and charged my accesory battery - worked like a champ - pretty fast as well.

Wired in the battery terminal plug to the + - of my 48V pack - nothing. Tried again, nothing. Unplugged and tried again. Nothing.

Plugged in the EZGO connector and it charged great at 36V.

Finally figured it out - I had the key on. My voltmeter for the pack voltage is off if the cart key is off - but the charger wouldn;t activate until I turn the key off. Weird.

Once I get a chance to wire the charger receptacle on the cart back to 38V instead of 36V, no longer an issue.
