Installing Aluminum vs. Steel Rear Seat
Is there a benefit to installing an aluminum vs. steel rear seat? I have been told that it is better to install aluminum and that the steel rear seat can cause a Club Car to become unbalanced and tip over.

Re: Installing Aluminum vs. Steel Rear Seat
I have put two or three steel rear seats on club cars without any problems.

Re: Installing Aluminum vs. Steel Rear Seat
I have never seen a problem with steel rear seats and we have installed hundreds. I have had problems with 2 heavy buddies that want to bounce up and down on the foot rest while I am the only one up front trying to drive!

I honestly wouldn't believe that it was the steel rear seat that made the cart they are talking about tip over. I would believe that too heavy a load, or an unstable one, being carried on a rear seat would tip it over though! -Scott H. |
