We got our cart for free?
New batteries, wires, wheels, tires, leaf springs (it ran) for around $1300
New spray paint job, boat seats, plywood for the seats (looks better) another $300
My son texting me yesterday "Zachary (3years old) saw a golf cart today and got excited and asked is Papa here" Now that is PRICELESS!!!

Although my wife wouldn't let me sell it, I wish I could sell mine for what I have it in it.

The amount I have spent on my 2004 HD Lowrider is mind boggling. I recently asked my dealer what he would give for a trade-in $6500.00. Obvoiusly I will be riding it for another 8 years.

I am coming closer to the end of my build, but when all is said and done I think I will have about $4k in it. $300 Craigslist find, alltrax 500 amp controller, new tires, new paint, new frame, new floors, new motor, new batteries, amplifier, subwoofer, EQ, heavy duty solenoid, 2/0 welding cable with soldered lugs, vinyl covered fiberglass roof, heavy duty for switch, etc etc.

Just a joke, from when there were a whole bunch of threads on "what oil should I use in my transaxle?"

In my opinion you could run Johnson's Baby Oil, Wesson, or SuperMega Synthetic. The Diff just isn't going to wear out, given the light loads, and limited use that these carts get...

I'm actually running Royal Purple Synth 10w30 in mine.

I stopped reading your post when you said 7300 dollars, 905$ in my 91 club car gas and 400$ in my 94 ezgo, both run as new, both are gas. 7300 is way to high for my blood, Just sayin......... but im sure your cart is much, much nicer than mine :)
