MCOR test findings ??
Hello to all, I'm looking at a 2007 president IQ ser# PQ 0742 829631. 48 volt pack voltage 50.6
When I push the throttle down slowly I get about 1.5 inches of free travel before anything happens then the cart starts moving but it stutters and then as it gets going it jerks and accelerates like it should. MCOR test results: Voltage of purple wire 50.3 Voltage of white/black stripe wire 4.74 Voltage of yellow wire starts at .30 and ends at 4.67 At this point I'm thinking hum not the mcor, but I did the resistance tests anyway and they were strange. + to yellow, - to purple pedal up 1.24 K ohms press pedal and readings went up and down 1.24, 2.30, 1.50, 1.70, 1.90, 1.50, 2.60, 1.90, CLICK (in MCOR) 28, 24, 7 yes thats 28 and 24 + to yellow, - to white/blk pedal up 7.86k ohms press the pedal and 7, 8, 7, 9, 0, 10, 16, 19, 21,14, 18, 1, yes I omited the decimals. Now I'm thinking so it is the MCOR. I don't have one so button everything up and move the cart out of the garage. It ran FINE. What theeeeee heck. Does this look like a typical bad MCOR? What next? |
