Re: 95 Ezgo DCS, no solenoid click, wont go
The one on the solenoid is missing, the one on the fr switch is there. The only way i could get sol to click was to jump a negative from batt to the blue wire terminal, and still didnt move cart. If a new controller is needed, which do u recommend i get, in detail please, and where from? Again, THANKS ALOT GUYS!!! Most helpful site i've ever seen!

Go Here > http://cartsunlimited.net/Custom_Options.html
You scroll about half way doen the page and see Ezgo DCS Carts Pkg #505 is what most people use on this cart. You get the 400 amp controller and the HD solenoid with resistor & diode. |

Re: 95 Ezgo DCS, no solenoid click, wont go
If u guys are still reading this, got a new controller. Sol clicks now, still wont move. Black wire from controller to pedal is between 13-15 volts, nothing on white wire coming back.

Re: 95 Ezgo DCS, no solenoid click, wont go
With the DVMM set to volts.
Key on Cart in gear Attach the negative lead to the battery main - and probe the white wire at the ITS or the controller end. Depress the peddle and read the meter. Voltage should be 1v (+/- 1/2v) when the solenoid clicks and 2.7 v at full throttle. This test is for stock Curtis controller |

Check continuity of white wire between controller and ITS coil.
There are a couple in-line connections. |

Re: 95 Ezgo DCS, no solenoid click, wont go
That's what the book says.
Of course the voltages given in the attached ITS test only apply if the replacement controller was a stock DCS controller (Curtis 1206SX) |
