We need to identify what drive system your cart is before we can guess.... Is it a Series TXT or RXV?

Before any further troubleshooting can be done please for sake of all mankind make sure your pack has had a full charge, till the charger shuts off and time to rest. If you have additional batteries, same for those too.

It could be as simple as a pack that has done it's current job? Never know. But for troubleshooting we need all the packs fully charged. You would be amazed at how many trouble are from a simple lack of charge.

Restate, Was your pack fully charged? I'm not being a d**k I just can't help you without knowing all facts. One thing we always try to rule out is the pack and a lot of folks don't care for there pack. So we will always ask if your pack was fully charged. It's simple troubleshooting.

Just like riding your gas car and not paying attention to the gas gauge. Doh, out of gas. Batteries are the same.

Oh ya, There are smart people here who can help you if I'm coming across the wrong way. If I am, I apologize for that.
