Wiring from Voltage Limiter

I have a 2002 Club Car DS electric golf cart. The black wires from the Voltage Limiter are hanging loose. There are 2 connectors at the end of the wire, can anyone tell me the proper hookup for these wires.

I cut the connectors off and make new connectors depending on what I am connecting to. One black goes to main ground on bat pack and other is for grounding to whatever you are hooking up to.
