Hate to say it, but, I would have avoided that cart. I think its gonna be a money pit. 1 by 1 constant failures, until everything on the cart is replaced.

No, i mean Everything. Electrical, suspension, axle & wheel bearings, steering, everywhere aluminum attaches to steel (or any other metal), bolts that will soon be permanent attachments. I really do hope all goes well, maybe he's a lucky guy.

Yes those front rear leaf bolts will be fun once the bolt rusts to the bushing sleeve

I think they all do that regardless of if the cart is submerged!
