I have six 8VGC batteries in an RXV using the EZGO Powerwise charger. Is that charger not getting it done?

I'm not sure if any of them have a charge profile suitable for US Battery batteries. Let your batteries rest for 12 hours after the charger shuts of automatically and measure the "At-Rest" voltage. Your 48V pack should read 51.2V and each 8V battery should read 8.53V and all should be within 0.1V of each other. If the batteries are new, they will read a bit higher, but regardless of age, they shouldn't read lower. If they do, your charger is undercharging them and they won't last very long. Attach is a SoC chart for US Battery. |
