I think so. The old K06's (charged with a Powerwise) were still moving the cart, but I'm sure the K13's (and the DPI) will get-r-done longer!

Hopefully you left cookies and milk out for Santa.

Just curious, when set to the US Battery mode, what voltage is the DPI floating the US 8VGC XC2's at and how long did the initial charge take?

JohnnieB I apologize for not seeing this before! Somehow I missed it. Example, this morning I unplugged the charger after a two day float and the voltage was 53.6 the initial charge took about 3 hours.

I have six 8VGC batteries in an RXV using the EZGO Powerwise charger. Is that charger not getting it done?

Thanks. That float charge voltage sounds about right.

What model Powerwise charger?
I'm not sure if any of them have a charge profile suitable for US Battery batteries.

Let your batteries rest for 12 hours after the charger shuts of automatically and measure the "At-Rest" voltage.

Your 48V pack should read 51.2V and each 8V battery should read 8.53V and all should be within 0.1V of each other.

If the batteries are new, they will read a bit higher, but regardless of age, they shouldn't read lower. If they do, your charger is undercharging them and they won't last very long.

Attach is a SoC chart for US Battery.

Newb question, where do I measure each of those figures to make sure I'm getting a correct reading?
