Thanks for all of this. So the Club Car i2 IQ harness - part # 103374901works for either configuration mentioned by Sergio? If this is a solid solution then I would rather do it this way and not take a risk.

And for installation, is it as simple as removing the motor controller cover under the seat, removing the controller and exchanging one wiring harness for another? A simple plug and unplug? No soldering? No specialist tools? Would rather do this myself if very basic skills and tools (and no garage) required.

In exchange for all this great info I promise to post full results and photos as I progress the project, plus speed test on my Garmin GPS watch at every stage!

Slobdiddy you're correct. That's the harness you need. It runs from the dash all the way back to the electronics panel and it all snaps together. There's no soldering or anything like that. It'll hook up the same way the other one came out. You won't even notice a difference visibly between the two unless you look real hard.

Many thanks to you both. Dawg can you supply harness, upgrade controller, motor etc? Probably makes sense for me to get all from the same supplier due to shipping.

Check with a site sponsor. I don't sell on here and even if I did I couldn't help you. My company doesn't ship overseas.
