Default Re: 48v pack voltage while under a load??

43.3 is the lowest I have ever seen and that was when one of the new batteries I bought went bad in the first week. This pack is only 3 1/2 years old and I have always tried to take care of them. They seem strong, I just don't have the torque anymore.

Everything else on the cart seems to be working normal, so I'm thinking motor.

I just pulled the cart in the garage to start and pull the motor. Been wanting the upgrade anyway.

thanks for all the help!!!!

I climbed under and pulled my motor today. Something is up with S2 lug as it spins pretty freely & there definitely is something wrong there as the wire has been getting hot. Jacket was melted a little.

A lug spinning, means the motor needs to be opened and checked. It is possible that it will be ok and just need tighten up. On the other hand you could have some damage inside. You may be able to repair it. If not I would just do a motor up grade.
