Default Was programming alltrax 400 dcx and now cart is dead

cart has brand new batteries and everything was going fine. I wanted to turn down the power and speed for my daughter and her friend to ride it around the yard. After going in and making the changes, I hit set and turned off the key and unplugged the cable and laptop. Turned on the key and nothing. Solenoid clicks but nothing happens when the pedal is pushed. I'm totally lost and need help.

I changed the max speed to 50% and power to 70%
That's all I changed. I even tried to go back and and reset it to default. Solenoid clicks and nothing more. I tested the two inner terminals of solenoid and get full voltage when pedal is pressed

Also, the controller power light flashes 4 times and turns green when the pedal is pushed. After about 15 seconds, the solenoid clicks again.

Flip the toggle to tow and disconnect the main neg cable for 30 sec. Re-connect power and flip to run - any change?
Try re-setting defaults again...

ScottyB I tried doing that and still nothing. After thinking of things that could possibly made it go haywire is: I crossed a small Creek with about 1 ft of water but it didn't even get over the floor board. And still drove fine for about 10 minutes after that. I hooked up the cable and software, made some adjustments. Tried it out and was still to fast for her, plugged it back in to cable. Adjusted it again. Went to try it out and ut oh.. Nothing. No pops or smoke or anything. Solenoids clicks and controller power led is on.

Ah we have valuable info. You may have got the ITS wet crossing the creek and now after changing programming you think that's what broke cart but it may have been the water. I would pull floor mat on drivers side and open ITS box so it dries out well.
