Guessing by your comments you have a 6" spindle lift on it now and you want to add a drop axle to it? If your tires are rubbing now I would be curious if it is your tires or the rims?

Yes others have combined the lifts, but it is not recommended.

Read my thread big lift big camber. I had a 5" drop axle and added a 6" spindle lift. Camber is kinda tweaked but not bad, I still need to address. Also the spindle lift will extend the wheel base further which does seem to put stress on the leaf springs which I still need to address. On top of that I had to fabricate an extension for my tie rod end to be able to raise the mounting area on the knuckle so it clears the frame. I'm happy with it and as soon as I get some time to correct those two things it will be good to go. And oh, it looks bad ***! Mine is a 2004 pds txt
