Is it possible to increase torque on 2014 EZGO Express S4?

Theoretically, yes.
High torque motor. Smaller diameter tires. Numerically larger gear ratio in differential. Different field mapping. Higher ampacity controller. The first two ought to be doable, not so sure about the availability of needed items for the last three. |

Contact Alltrax and see if they have an upgraded controller for your cart.
Your 2014 EZGO Express S4 already has 14.76:1 gears, I doubt there are lower gears available that fit in the stock case. |
