Default OK 2009 Bad Boy Buggy got delievered to My House last night

It is a 4 wheel drive, 2 motors-

one front, one rear and it will not go-

my friend thinks its the front axle or motor- It is supposed to be a regen cart

Here is what I am going to do

jack it up- get all 4 wheels off the ground ON jack stands securely

charge it up, to make sure all batteries are good, cleaned and charged

then turn it on and see if the wheels turn
forward then reverse

is this the best plan for a start?

he thought the front gears are toast? do not know where he got that Idea
when my son did the rears axle brearings for him, and we drove it, there was no wine or grinding sounds

Good call securing the cart on jack stands. Just last week there was a post on here where someone got injured working on their cart. Your plan sounds good charging batteries and starting with the basics. If you run into something you can't figure out someone here probably can help.

Just remember....and I read this on this forum....DO NOT....run your electric motors at "full throttle" when they are up on the jackstands. This will cause a condition (if my memory is good) where the motor will over-rev and it will "blow out" your electric motor. Running at half-throttle should be fine....just don't run at full.
