Re: Programming Curtis Controller
I have a curtis 1205 controller I am putting in a cart that originally had the 1206 series controller in it. It has the ITS throttle and I have programmed the 1205 throttle setting to "6" which is for ITS. The cart works great until the throttle percentage reaches 50% once it reaches 50% the controller monitor shows the Duty Cycle suddenly reduces to 12% like it is going into limp mode. The throttle percentage will gradually increase until it reaches WOT and shows 100 percent on the monitor as if it is working correctly.
The diagnostic page will show a quick flash of "throttle fault" when the pedal is released. Any idea what would be causing this issue? Thanks! |
