Default EzGo Engine

Well cleaned gas tank ( SPOTLESS) Also cleaned every fuel line carb Etc. Went to turn over engine NO vaccum ! Took plugs out side near battery NOTHING Side near gas tank 180 lbs.

Any ideas what I could do or look for ? Planning on putting mystery oil in hole tomorrow? Or does anyone know what I should be looking for?

Check to see if the no compression cylinder's piston is moving up and down,(through the spark plug hole) if it is, adjust the valves. If its not, its probably a broke rod.
