Default TXT with alltrax slow

I have a 2006 PDS 36v. Long story short it died about a mile from home cause I forgot to charge it before a round of golf. Towed it home which was about a mile and forgot to put it into tow mode (wont do that again). Fried the controller which was already hot wired to run in the first place so I wasn't that mad about it. However this caused a noise in the motor which I subsequently replaced the bearing, brushes, and cleaned up the commutator. I also just installed a 400 amp Alltrax XCT, thank you scottyb. I'm only getting around 13 mph however, torque up the wazoo which is nice but I was faster before with the stock controller. Anyone have any suggestions on this or are my suspicions of a dying motor the problem?

Did you try and hook up your laptop to the controller and see what the settings are?

Tell us your Alltrax setup. You want street mode, Turbo mode on for speed. Make sure you have the correct field map for your motor! This makes a huge difference in maximum speed. Talk to Alltrax if you have any issues.

So the field map is the one provided by scottyb EZPDS-DCS-V1, I'm at work otherwise I would snap a picture, its the stock motor as well. My settings are as follows.
KSI: 24
Under: 28
Over:62
Armature Amps: 400
Battery Amps: 400
Max Regen: 65 both
Plug Braking: 250
I did try both regen and braking at 0
Reverse: 50
Speed Limit: 6000 RPM
Throttle Rate: 36
Turbo mode and street mode
Speed limit enabled with 8 pole sensor

Sounds like it's set up correctly. See what motor RPM you are getting at full throttle and what current you are drawing at full throttle.

I posted a snapshot of the monitor. Its on stands because I don't have a windows laptop so had to drag the desktop to the garage and put on jackstands. I'm only getting around 2900 RPM at full throttle but if I'm correct its because I only have around 24.5v at full throttle at the motor?

You should be getting full battery voltage at the motor at full throttle unless something is limiting it. On jackstands, you should get max RPM for sure which you have set at 6000.

Nope. Get a full log and consult with Alltrax. Maybe your throttle needs calibration.

Just for grins uncheck the 'limit speed' box on the controller tab page.
then test speed and see if a motor speed sensor problem exists.

Honestly motor may be toast after towing in run.
