Default 1991 EZ GO 2 stroke HELP!!!

I read the three pages of the fixes to this machine and nothing has helped yet. The only thing I havent done is replace the belt. From what I read its suppose to be 1 3/16ths wide. Its a little shy of that not quite a 1/16th but close. Could this be the reason why it wont climb hills or seems to not shift right? Got good spark premixture is 100 to one instead of 120 to one guess I was just scared to go that light. Primary clutch goes in and out but appears to have a few second delay and not really follow the RPM rise like I think it should. Secondary appears to work good. Compression spark fuel delivery and carb adjustment are peak I believe. Any help greatly appreciated!!!!

Remove the belt and squeeze the plates together with one hand on the secondary clutch.

See if you can make the plates lean towards each other. You should have no movement at all.
