Default voltage converter

i want to add lights to my club car 48v, so which voltage converter do I choose? there's many different kinds on ebay at many different prices, and I've read to use one rated at 20 amps, so I guess i just need to find one that converts 48 to 12v (at least 20 A)? i'm not an electrical guy btw, how aboout this one on ebay "Vicor VI-JN1-CX DC-DC Converter 48V to 12V 75W " for $88?

sorry if I'm asking the same questions
