Been too long, figured I'd update this build. It's finally done, but I'll post in order of what we did.

Painted the body blue metallic two stage.

Added lights.

Made a bracket to attach the top to the back of the seats.

New seats, two tone white/blue.

Had to do some minor repair work to the seat back mounting bolts. Looks like some moron in the shop that made these didn't pound the nut insert in straight. Had to take off the vinyl and straighten and reinstall the insert. What a pain.

Used a hair dryer to warm up the vinyl. Pulled it tight, new staples, good as new.

Windshield, mirrors, and used bedliner on the top. Also installed some led lights under the top that operate with a wireless remote. Very slick.

The Jakes 7" dual a arm lift wasn't up to par. Too sketchy with the steering and rides too harsh.

Switched it out to a Jakes LT.....WAY BETTER!!! This is now my favorite front suspension kit. The directions weren't the greatest, so if you're not mechanically inclined it might be a little too difficult for a DIY. Best to get some help from someone who has some experience. I used to race ATV's so I'm familiar with this type of suspension. Excellent ride! Steering is spot on!

The guy with the tat is the owner of the cart, and my neighbor buddy.

Added a rear seat kit. Nice kit, but again the directions were junk. I don't remember where he got the kit. I like it so much I'm thinking of getting one for my cart. As you can see from the dirt on the nice shiny aluminum he likes to use his cart to haul stuff around the house.

Of course my super awesome top brackets that I made didn't fit with the bed/seat kit. 4 hours of fab work down the tubes lol.

Front wheel spacers are 1".

Rear wheel spacers are 2".

Perfect alignment with the Jakes LT setup.

Overall I think it turned out pretty nice. He's in love with it, and his wife likes it too. It's so nice, it makes my cart look like a piece of chit! (the green one in the background)

What fender flares did you use? I can't find any made for the g2/g9 specifically.
