Unhappy Bad boy buggy power supply issues

I have a 2008 bad boy buggy extended version with the 4 forward facing seats and it is being a major pain for me at the moment. I acquired this from my work because they did not want to replace the batteries. It sat for about 8 months before it was given to me but it was driven into the spot where it was sitting. Once I got it home I replaced all of the battery cables and batteries. I have 50v now and all of the wiring to the coils and and controllers where also replaced. So the head scratcher is I turn the key and flip the ole switch and nothing. No clicks no buzzes not a thing. I’ve ran continuity tests everywhere and everything looks to be fine continuity wise but I have zero power to the switch panel. I ran a continuity test on both solenoids and I’m getting continuity between the large posts but no continuity between the small posts. I’m at a loss and can’t seam to find a wiring diagram anywhere so any help would be greatly appreciated.
