Default G29 Motor Change A1 or A2 difference?

hello,

my old motor was broken, so i put a new one in but the connectors on the motors are different. Now A1, is where A2 was on the old Motor and A2 is where A1 was. Because of that, the cable which was normally going to A1 is to short and only long enough to connect to A2.
Does it make a difference if A1 and A2 are changed or do i have to put a longer cable in.

many thanks

It doesn't matter but the motor will run backwards if you switch A1 and A2. You can correct that by switching F1 and F2 at the motor or easier at the controller. Hook up the armature wires and see if the cart runs backwards when the switch is in forward. If so, reverse F1 and F2.

Thanks
for the answer i connected the A1 cable to A2 on the motor and also the A2 cable to the A1 connector on the motor and it runs normal without changing F1 and F2.
Does that affect the torque or the speed of the motor?

may thanks

Shouldn't make any difference. Same current going through it.
