You have to realize that on Guam you cant just go get parts or have a shop fix anything. Its gonna cost a fortune to just ship in a frame or go spend 20K on a new cart.
Plus taking this thing apart down to the last bolt you become an expert on those carts and can probably fix anything.

Looks like you did a great job! looks very HEAVY DUTY now and should last the rest of your lifetime. And you're right when you say you know the cart inside and out.

Sorry, I didn't know your "20". I can imagine a lot of stuff we can buy or scrounge here easily doesn't come up readily at your address!

Oh Man, Im almost done here and havent been updating pictures.

So much progress
and its up and running

I knew the Axle is a Yamaha or at least has Yamaha brakes.
Same dust cover and same internals from Yamaha brakes I found.

Brakes cleaned up and are TIGHT now with new cables and cleaned up drums.

Axle in and floor / firewall is ready

LOVE these big heavy rivets
makes everything so tight and secure.
WAY easier and cleaner than bolts.

OK just time for one more
Had to fabricate a bracket / hanger for the controller mount that somehow got lost. Still cant find that and its made me crazy.
