Looks like you did a great job! looks very HEAVY DUTY now and should last the rest of your lifetime. And you're right when you say you know the cart inside and out.

Oh Man, Im almost done here and havent been updating pictures.
So much progress and its up and running I knew the Axle is a Yamaha or at least has Yamaha brakes. Same dust cover and same internals from Yamaha brakes I found. Brakes cleaned up and are TIGHT now with new cables and cleaned up drums. |

some more pics for tonight
Axle in and floor / firewall is ready LOVE these big heavy rivets makes everything so tight and secure. WAY easier and cleaner than bolts. |

OK just time for one more
Had to fabricate a bracket / hanger for the controller mount that somehow got lost. Still cant find that and its made me crazy. |
