Did you cut all the wires at the OBC or did someone else cut those?
The factory setup uses a 120v relay/module to trigger the interlock, but that relay was inside the original charger. So the wiring going to the original charger for the interlock needs to be removed, and the white and blue wires at the OBC connector need to be joined together. The new charger has the ability to control the interlock if you run a wire from the interlock pin to the Blue wire from the OBC connector. You will leave the White wire disconnected, and will need to set the interlock to active Low and make sure the charger is set for On-Board use in the charger-connect App. |

I cut them and jumped the blue and white, plus removed the unneeded wires from the Deutsch connector. I am now charging but realize the interlock isn’t currently setup. Once I get the cart running I will address the interlock, I would like to have it.
