2016 Club Car Precedent Overhaul.

I just took ownership of a 2016 Club Car Precedent. The body is great, but it’s a total electrical gut job. I need a couple recommendations. 1- Motor. I am lifting the cart and putting 20” wheels on, but will primarily be using it on road. Don’t need anything super powerful, but i do want something at least as good as stock, maybe with a little more torque being that the cart will be loaded with 4 people. 2- since all the electronics are gone, I am going to but Lithium batteries and get rid of the OBC. I assume that is acceptable and will remove the requirement to bridge the OBC. -3. Anyone know of a full wiring kit that replaces all harnesses and switches?

what happened to the cart that it needs all new wiring? mine was under water for two days after hurricane, rebuilt entire cart but was able to repair most of the wiring. installed the Silver Wolf ac upgrade. with 23inch tires it runs 35mph all day. with the phone app I can change settings and get it up to 40 but very shaky. 48 volt lead acid Trojans.
