Just checked the voltage of each battery while they are charging. Each one is charging at 10 volts.

Took black wire that goes to charge receptacle and put to main negative battery. Spliced white and blue wire from OBC together.

At 10v per battery it’s probably just not done yet. Kinda depends on the batteries but 63 to 65v total pack voltage is somewhat normal during charging if the pack is in good condition. Anywhere from 10.5 to 10.9v per battery in the middle of the final charge phase, based on 2.7 volt per cell equalize charge rate.

Charged over night could be 6 hours or it could be 12. Even a brand new pack can take anywhere from 6 to 18 hours to fully charge the first time. it’s not uncommon to plug the charger in and find it still charging the next morning if it has only been 7-10 hours since plugged in.

Wanted to let all know that the charger is now cutting off. Don't know what we did or didn't do or if we were just impatient. But all is working fine. Thanks for all your help.
