Original plan was to have the battery pack as one unit but I couldn’t make it fit. I then split it into 12+9 modules. I don’t have an electrical diagram as I do these things in my head. Excuse the wiring, photos were mid build. There’s also a photo of the final installation showing a 2500w power inverter installed.

Well I was enrolled in an Engineering course at university but I spent most of my time playing pool with my uni mates. Best 4 years of my life.

So here is my set up now and I've mapped it all out and I'll be doing a 6cell-9cell-6cell then reusing the Zeva. Thanks for photos and tips. 7 additional batteries are ordered and will be here Thursday. Also I added a pic of my cart just to show it off a little bit.

When adding the new modules, add one to each of the 7 groups you have now. Do not create new groups using just the new modules. The new modules you’re purchasing will surely have a different capacity compared to the ones you have now, and adding one to each group will help keep the groups equal in capacity and make balancing easier.

Yes that's how I was going to do it. I figured the BMS would bring them all into balance easier that way. Thank you all for the help and info. While I'm doing this I'm going to tear her down and do a long travel a arms with fox shocks and a 4 link in the rear. She already has the rear differential welded so it's posi traction now and I've never been stuck or even close to stuck. I feel like this will make life easier and not rattle my kidneys out while driving across these agriculture fields with hog rooting.
