G19-e problems
I looked at this car yesterday. It started out with a intermittently no run situation. I checked all the switches all were good. Replaced the solenoid and it ran for a few minutes and then the solenoid would not click. I could take the + cable off for a few minutes and hook it back up and it would click and run but I noticed it would immediately click when I pressed the pedal but would take about 15 to 20 seconds for it to click off. I test drove it and after about 200 yards it shut off. I found the fuse was blown. Replaced the fuse and now when you press the pedal it immediately clicks but pops the fuse. I am leaning toward the controller any thoughts would be appreciated.
Also I noticed after the 200 yard run the solenoid was very very hot to the point you could not touch it for very long. |

Re: G19-e problems
Could be a bad solenoid or a bare wire grounding, if the cart has any upgrades other than factory could be the solenoid is not large enough to handle the amperage, just my 2 cents
