I really don't think it will be a problem and i am not really worried about water getting into the trays as i don't plan on using the cart in the rain or snow and it will always be parked in the garage. ~Dave |

Looks good! I bought a 97 CC Ds also and have stripped it down to the frame also. Feels so much better just cleaning it up and pressure washing everything. Did it have any electrical installed or just the frame/chasis?

Mfierce,
I bought the cart for $200 as a rolling chassis. It had the old body, frame , rear end, rear suspension and wheels and also the front suspension and wheels. I have this running now but I am still waiting on the new body and wheels and tires. ~Dave |
