Default cart not moving or charging

The kids were driving my cart, said they stopped and the cart would not move again. I plugged the cart in to charge. The chargers shows 15 Amps going into the cart for a short time (approx. 1 minute) then the fuse on the charger pops. Push it in and same thing. Also no clicking on the solenoid. Any idea if i should be looking to the micro switches on the FNR bell or the solenoid? Any one with experience think the problems are related? I am guessing an open in the system which is drawing the charger to its max until it pops? Batteries show 49V with a meter.

Club Car DS 1997 48V.
D&D speed motor
600A navitas controller
400A solenoid
Controller shows voltage (5V i think) when the peddle is pressed down.
I disconnected the negative battery connection for 10 minutes to try and reset the OBC.

I tried another charger which did not pop the circuit. I think you were correct about the charger. I also found a wire behind the ignition had fallen loose and caused the "no solenoid click" condition. Back on the road! Thank you!
