Default RXV Elite Speed

Recently moved to FL and the house came with a 16-year old 48v Club Car. Based on a neighbor recommendation I took delivery yesterday of a 2020 RXV lithium. It's great, comfortable rides well but slow. Easygo website says 17.5-19.5mph but the best I can get out of it is 13-15mph. Is there something "I" can do to at least get it to the stated speed?

Bob Boyce, it appears you are the Easygo Programming Ninja! Any chance you'll be in central Florida anytime soon? Or, can I send you my controller?

I have a 2018 RXV elite with 235 Amp controller. 14" wheels but 30mm profile tires to avoid a lift kit. Dealer set mine with a Curtis handheld to freedom mode and highest acceleration, I think shorter time to accelerate was the option. Long story short, it hits 25 mph now. They also mentioned hill or no hill the speed will not drop off. Sounded like a torque adjustment, I did not ask.

The programming with the hand held took less than 15 minutes. He did drive some streets with the handheld attached and made an adjustment. You only need a dealer with a handheld to achieve speed. Stock tires may only hit 20 mph or a bit more.

The last setting was aggressive hill climb. And I downloaded a GPS speed app and discovered it peaked at 28.7 mph.

So:
Freedom mode
Minimum acceleration time
Aggressive hill climb

Those were the settings he told me about.
