Same result with either motor, only a much easier installation with the ADC/AMD motor.

I pumped the tires up hard and still get 17 - 18 (19 sometimes)

Our AQ0327-***** does a solid 19 MPH on GPS. New T-875's, 23" tires and with that speed feel the regen braking down hill. So I guess a little more could be gained by replacing the magnet. Not sure what speed code that would be on the stock controller. I could see handling issues with more speed though,...

Where is the speed controller located?
I think my dealer may have ripped me off and I want to see if they ACTUALLY replaced my controller for $800.00
I should be able to tell an 05 controller from a NEW one, right?

It took me from 15 to 18 and removed the regen braking.....?

The picture You posted for for a stock magnet, maybe the one You got is not the same as the one in the picture.

Sergio, the dots don't have anything to do with the internal poles. I've been asked that question plenty of times.
