Re: Radio Speakers
I don't have pictures to show right now, but I have a 10" subwoofer under the drivers seat, sitting next to the batteries. I have 2 Infinity 6.5" mounted to the left and right of the cub holders. 2 Rockford Fosgate tweeters mounted on the front roof supports at eye level. And finally 2 speaker pods on the rear roof supports with skull heads on the rear. I am using a 300 watt reducer for the subwoofer, and another 350 watt reducer for the radio.
That subwoofer makes the difference in bass. The system sounds kick ***. Maybe $500total for everything, including the speaker pods for the rear, and the front floor mounted pods. I'll post pics later today. How does everybody else power their's? |

Re: Radio Speakers
This is how I did the first one I built. 600 watt sony 3 channel amp 10" kicker L7 in custom ported 7th order box and 5 1/2 inch in the cubbyholes powered off of a lawnmower battery I would get a surprisingly long run time !! this thing is messed up and won't let me load that one picture at a time

Re: Radio Speakers
WOW - these are some assume ideas, I would not have thought off...in a past life I did radio installs, so I may have to try some of these.
What are you guys using to input the music? I was thinking of going with a BlueTooth only input. Thoughts? |
