Thanks Pictures would be good but I'll see if I can decipher it.

Pictures won't help. It's a procedure that photos will not really make sense of. Measure the toe on the front wheels and get a 1/8" toe in on the front. Then "chase the wheel" base on the wheel, position to get cart going straight.

If your cart travels in a straight line without pulling to one side or the other, then do this:

1. Remove the plastic clip cover by unscrewing it from the back, and lifting the two clips.
2. Remove the center nut.
3. Spray some WD40 on the spline shaft.
4. Lift the wheel. If it doesn't come of easy, gently tap on the shaft with a hammer until it pops loose.
5. Make sure your wheels are straight and reinstall your steering wheel.
6. Reinstall your nut.
7. Reinstall your cover.

Here's another way. Something is bent in the steering mechanism.

If you remove the steering wheel, drive the cart with the nut just hand tight to make sure its straight when the cart is moving. Otherwise you may have to remove it again to shift it over a spline or two.

This may be the option I need. Have the front end aligned, tires plumb top and bottom, toe in 1/8, and travel left to right reasonably close, just the steering wheel is not centered when the tires/wheels are. Anyway, thanks to everyone for the input. When I get a little time, I'll take another look.

I don't see any screws on the back of my steering wheel. Looks like there are just clips. However, when I press the top two, it does not snap off and feels like there is something holding it. Could there be screws under the decal on the front of the steering wheel?

It's a 92DS

The screw heads are recessed on my 93. Maybe caps over the holes??
