When You said the solenoid seem to work fine, did You measure for continuity across the big posts when You applied voltage to the small posts?

You did not mention all of the wires You already tested, so:
Tow/Run switch on Run.
Key switch ON.
MCOR 2-pin connector by-passed.
FNR on Reverse.
Reverse buzzer should sound.

You should get +48v on the following pins at the Controller 16-pin Connector:
Pin 5 - LT Blue (OBC lockout OFF)
Pin 6 - Green wire (MCOR pedal switch)
Pin 9 - Gray Wire (Run Mode)
Pin 10 - Tan wire (Key switch ON)
Pin 16 - Blue wire (Reverse direction)
While You slowly press the Pedal:
Pin 2 - Yellow wire (MCOR throttle output) 0 - 5v (approximately).

If all of the above are correct, measure the following pin in relation to Pack Positive Battery post.
Pin 12 - Blue/White wire (Solenoid LOW side activation) +48v when pedal is down.

I have been using the club cart IQ technical info and it says to put foot pedal to fully accelerated position and then do all wiring volt readings. Is this the way to do it ??
I have tried so many different thing,I don"t remember if I tested the large posts or just read a clicking sound.....I'll have to redo that part again.

I by-passed MCOR 2 and did get rev buzzer. I will start again when I get info on brake and thro settings when doing these readings.

Thanks to everyone who posted ideas......finally solved not running problem. First was the MCOR 2 switch and the other just happen to come across while cart was in reverse and I moved 16 pin connector. The blue wire ( # 16) is not making solid contact into the controller. Is there a way to remove the wire from the connector (16 pin white) and repair just that one wire ????

thanks to Sergio your info.......

As long as the issue is not the pin in the controller side, You should be able to replace a single socket in the harness connector.

Here is a recent thread talking about the removal tool and pins needed (the harness side uses the "female socket").
