2009
Hello,
I have a 2009 ezgo pds, that does not run. I have access to a programmer and will post all that I have found so far. I have the throttle box apart and the programmer connected. My throttle reading is stuck at 73% without the pedal being pressed. I have a replacement ITS sensor installed and both the new and old say 73%. Without being able to get the throttle to zero out the cart will not move. Any idea why this is? I have checked the 4 wires in the box for continuity and they all appear good even with wiggling the wires. Any hlp would be great. Thanks in advance. |

Re: 2009
Clean the in-line connector between the pedal box and wiring harness.
If it is wet or corroded, you could get the constant 73% throttle signal, as well as a lot of other oddball errors. Also, what controller do you have? |

Re: 2009
I replaced the connector, with a hardwired connection, soldered and heat shrinked.
I have 1510 controller. |
