If the cart does not work at all, the issue is the half-speed resistor in the black wire.
First off I'd like to thank you for taking time out of your day to help me !! I conected the green and white together and still only forward. So the problem the high current contacts, where exactly are they and what do they look like on the fnr. Also what is the problem/fix on them? Thank you so much for dealing with me!

You did not say if the solenoid is clicking when the FNR is on reverse, is it?

There is also a possibility that the lever on micro-switch #1 (closest to the FNR body) is not being fully depressed in Reverse.

You can test it by disconnecting the 2 wires White/Black and Green/White from micro-switch #1 and connecting them together.

If the cart works forward and reverse now, You just need to bend the lever arm on micro-switch #1 a little closer to the rotating cam.

You can disassemble the FNR and look at the heavy copper contacts on the body of the switch, but typically there is no fix other then replace the FNR switch if that is the issue.

You do have options on what kind of FNR switch to install depending on your future upgrade plans.

Unless You had just changed the motor cables around when the problem started, the tests indicate the FNR is not switching the high current path and needs to be replaced.

If You think You may have played with those cables before, just make sure the 2 cables on the swivel posts of the FNR go to Motor terminals S1 and S2.

Conclusion: the fnr switch wasn't getting a proper connection. Cleaned up wires and connections and reverse good to go !! Thanks all for help!
