You don't need a new charger. You do need to check your batteries while they are on the charger. Check them individually, after they have charged for a few hours. With the charger still on, check them all. Chances are good you have a battery issue, not a charger or OBC.

To find this issue he needs to do what i said. Check battery voltages while on the charger after it has charged for a while. Lead acid batteries are not rocket science. Many over complicate battery issues, but the reality is, its all very simple.

What GCG is asking is that you check the battery voltages individually and post them here.
