2003 club car DS slowing down
I have a 2003 club car ds with brand new batteries but speed falls off bad when going up small inclines. Not really a hill. What should I check first? I thought it was the batteries so I just installed a brand new set and still the same thing.

First put the cart oi tow and push it. Should roll easy.

What is the voltage of the battery pack at rest and then when you try to go up hill.we need to know this to know which direction to go with helping you.
